Just received my new Tiger Eye plugs after ordering them yesterday! Made a mistake on the order and selected the wrong size, contacted the seller and Lotti managed to allocate the correct size to the order and get them sent out in time to be delivered the next day! Amazing service and the plugs are gorgeous! Thank you so much!

Perfect experience every time I have ordered 💗 just wish they made their products in larger sizes😭 90% of their designs are for people with less than 30mm ears, so the rest of us only get plain engraved wood or glass and all the cool ones are so small in size .. PLEASE CUSTOM PLUGS make your beautiful products in larger sizes! I would be able to buy more that way lol (I’m 38mm)

I have used custom plugs for years now over my ear stretching career and I can't find a single fault with anything on these guys ! The tunnels and plugs I have purchased over the years have always been top quality and really well made. I refuse to go to any other site/company. And i will continue to use UK custome plugs for many years to come !

I've been buying gauges/plugs from this place for 2 years. Their customer service is spot on and returns and exchanges are easy to do and are handled with care.

I ordered during the buy one get one offer and I had to do an exchange for a different size. One of the initial sets I chose was not available in the size I needed but Lotti helped me find a replacement. For the buy one get one offer, Lotti selected very cute ones that matched the styles I was going for!

They are really good with shipping and tracking too! When I lived in the UK they would come in a few days. Now I’m in the US and it usually takes no more than a week to arrive.

Great company, only one I trust to get a perfect pair of plugs, customer service are quick to answer any query.
They throw in a cool sticker with every order and when I received my last pair yesterday, they threw in a free £20 gift card so ordered a new pair.

I was bought two pairs for Christmas and unfortunately I had some trouble with them. I emailed custom plugs and they replaced them for three new pairs at no extra cost to me. They also went up a size which I believe are a little more expensive also due to the size so to say I’ve received the BEST service would be accurate! I absolutely love they pairs I received and I had constant correspondence with the shop. Lotti was extremely helpful, posted my replacements to which I received the very next day! With a cool sticker inside as always. Will be expanding my collection now I have the right size. Thanks again Lotti and Custom plugs

I ordered a few pairs of jewellery on a Wednesday and they were here Friday morning despite me being prepared to wait over a week, despite delivery. The emails following the order were great and the jewellery itself if absolutely beautiful. Will definitely be ordering again.

UK Custom Plugs is simply the best shop you can find for buying your plugs and tunnels. The quality of their products is outstanding, they have a great selection of beautiful plugs and they offer the bigger sized plugs as well.
But the best thing about this shop is their customer service: they answer really fast, are super kind and obliging, very personal and always find the best solution for you. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I am a huge fan of Custom Plugs, all their designs are so cool, beautiful, stuff is high quality and I really love the plugs I ordered ! But above all.. the customer service is incredible. I had a trouble with sizes (all my fault) and they helped me so well, they are so sweet and accomodating, I'll recommend to everyone ! <3
